Our mission is to provide personalized therapeutic bodywork and wellness services that help you move better, feel better, and live better. Owned and operated by Kinsey Cook, LMT, LMD-C. Five Points combines clinical knowledge with a compassionate, individualized approach to care. Kinsey is a Georgia Licensed Massage Therapist with a nursing background and advanced training in Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Every session is customized to your unique needs, whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, injury recovery, post-surgical swelling, or simply looking to relax and restore.
